Day 3 proved to be an exciting day for both the pilots and the organisers. 14 outlanding with a few gliders landing after crossing the 3k finish circle.
Day 4 was cancelled after briefing when the 6/8 cloud failed to break up and did not allow heating to commence, wind remained brisk.
Day 4 was completed on Tuesday 7th January and proved to be a good day – with some exceptionally accurate weather briefings presented each morning at briefing by Alex; the pilots were able to launch with some confidence of completing the tasks. Almost 500k for Sports and 355k for Club. Average speeds were good with only a couple of outlandings. http://soaringspot.com/cscn2013/results/
