Schempp-Hirth Duo Discus: VH-DDH

No other glider is like a Duo Discus for giving great performance while being easy to fly. DDH has light handling and is very responsive for a 20 meter span glider.

Cockpit loading ranges are very good, with the added advantage of fin ballast. This may be used to offset water ballast as well as pilot loading, so that a very favourable centre of gravity range can be achieved for avid cross country pilots.

The big advantage is that you can share the workload, so that much longer flights can be achieved at an earlier stage of your cross country career.

DDH has the latest instrumentation. Data logging and GPS interactive glide computer, after some learning time, takes a lot of the calculation out of final glides and navigation.
